Dr. B is the BEST dentist ever!!! She is so empathic and extremely good at what she does! She makes the process pain free, fast yet very efficient! If you’re looking for a GOOD dentist, she is the one! Highly recommend!!! I come all the way from Tampa, FL to see her!

Ive been going here for nearly 3 years and have had nothing but great service and hospitality from the entire team at Smiles are Forever. Whether I am rescheduling because of emergency or trying to get the best rate or affordable care, the girls there are always helpful. Dr Ryan also is very knowledgeable and has a great care for his patients health and comfortably. As long as Im in Orlando and they are in business, no one else is allowed to look at my teeth! They are awesome!

From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out everyone was amazing. Teresa was amazing my cleaning was great she was very kind and understanding. First time being seen here and all I can say is WOW!!! The hygienist is so knowledgeable and friendly!! She gave me some great pointers on how I can floss better and some new brushing techniques. I could go on and on about how great my experience was. I got to meet the doctor as well and he was very pleasant and had a genuine personality. I can’t wait to be back for my 6 month follow up 😀

The entire staff is so caring, compassionate and helpful. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and have received the best care. Now my daughters are patients there also, and Dr. Karl has taken care of their general dentistry needs, as well as handled emergency dental needs with the utmost professionalism.

Dentists have always terrified me. I avoided them at all costs. So much that my teeth are just horrible. Diagnosed with Graves Disease a few years ago, my teeth rapidly started getting worse. Dr Rayan is amazing! Staff is always very friendly. I’ve been happy with every visit. He has me on a dental plan and I’m sticking to it. Long road but I’m glad I found a dentist who finally makes me feel comfortable enough to actually want to get it all done with no hesitations. Best place ever!!! 😁

Dr Karl is the best and one could ask for, the whole staff is super nice and very professional. I have been coming to Dr. Karl since 2011. Dr Karl is very knowledgeable and gentle, always makes me smile. Most importantly, I trust Dr. Karl that he will never sell me on treatments that I dont need, he is very honest. I get cleanings every 4 months with Teresa who is an absolute angel. She keeps digital records of everything so you can compare the status of your oral health with years past. Michelle, at the front desk is super nice! I always look forward to my visits to Smiles R Forever! Its like a family!!!

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit me into the schedule same day . The office is beautiful and very clean. Dr. Rattan was excellent . Heidi was also a please to work with ! I am so happy that I am a new patient with the office !

I was introduced to this dentist office by my daughter. And I have been to so many dentist in the Orlando area ,but I have never met anyone like dr Earl Ryan. HE is the most experience, knowledgeable and great dentist. I have walk Around with a bad filling from another dentist,for two years, and was afraid to sit in another dentist office, because of the bad work i received. The last dentist i went he can never measures up to dr Earl, guys he is awesome. HOWEVER; Dr. Ryan and his staff have proved to be consistently the most caring, gentle and informative group of medical professionals, making every dental visit an enjoyable and pain free experience. I think this dentist office is closed. Calls go unanswered and no call backs. When I went in person the office was locked and Dark. Old owner and Dr, Karl R plus his staff were great. New owners are shady. Billing me under a name who Is not even a dentist nor in my network: Didnt even make old patience (me) aware that they are new owners. Do not come here not like you can anyways , it’s closed. Probably will make it a different office of different services I’m assuming.

I have found my new permanent dentist!!!! After years of looking and getting treated terribly I have found my forever home! Nicest staff and Theresa was the most caring, amazing women ever! She was so gentle and super accommodating!!! Can’t wait to return! Who thought I would ever say that! Hahah

Teresa is hands down the best Dental hygienists I’ve ever had. She tells you everything she’s about to do and the reason for it. I always leave her chair pain free and bright teeth. I have braces so it’s not easy to get in between my teeth but Teresa gets in there. Forever will be going here.

I had an appointment for teeth whitening and I was greeted in a very polite manner from all the staff who is very welcoming, knowledgeable and comforting. It is a very nice building with nice people and good vibes all around however, after the teeth whitening I was not very impressed. I wanted my teeth to be much more white with a significant difference but unfortunately I barely noticed any difference and now I am stuck with extremely sensitive and sore teeth and unsatisfied with the results. When I expressed my feelings of dissatisfaction the lady apologized and told me that was the whitest they could go. I am a bit disappointed that I was not offered any accommodations.*Just my honest review of my personal experience*

When I first moved to Florida from Ny I had such bad and horrifying experiences with the Dentists in Florida that my teeth were getting worst than I first started. Before I had anymore damage done to my teeth I decided to do whatever I needed to to save my teeth and it forced me to fly back & forth to Ny to see my old Dentist.One of my business Associates and good friend told me about Dr. Rayan and introduced me to him.I put off setting an appointment with him only for the fear I’ve had with the past dentists I had seen. In Florida.Finally I had to give in or book another flight back to Ny.My appointment at Dr. Rayan’s was so exhilarating. The front desk woman, Hannah was so pleasant and greeted me with a big smile as she checked me in and made me feel so comfortable.I didn’t wait longer than 5 mins then 2 very friendly and sweet girls came to take me to the the exam room.I was so nervous, but the girls were so sweet and comforting I started to relax and we discussed what my concerns were, and what’s been going on with my teeth.Dr. Rayan then comes in and politely introduced himself and went into further conversation about what’s been going on with my teeth.Dr. Rayan exam me and took some X-rays. At the end of my visit Dr. Rayan went over the plan as to what he thinks will correct and fix my teeth should be.After going to my appointment and starting my plan to get my teeth back to normal and pretty again. I observed the Dr. and how he works being a little nervous and realized his talent and technique surpasses the norm. He is so detailed, with everything he does, and his concern for his patients well-being, and comfort was highly noted.His meticulous detail, and precision with his expertise in his technique is so rare that you know he has a gifted talent that you do not find in an average Dentist.I observed how professional his staff were, all working together as one team with many patients to be seen carrying on friendly conversations with the patients it almost felt like “light” positive air was flowing through the office.Let me tell you about the Dr. Staff.Heidi who is his right hand, who is now is Office Manager who is absolutely smart, talented, personable and more. She will jump in if necessary to help out the Dr. if needed because she is that good and being very knowledgeable of Dentistry she can relate to the patients more than an average Office Manager, and that she does.Alejandra, one of Dr. Rayan’s assistants she is so gifted and knowledgeable that girl never misses a beat. She is the “go to person” if the Dr. or Heidi are working with other patients. Everything she has done for me for example my temporary crown that has lasted for more than 6 months, because I couldn’t get in for an appt. due to my job was a WINNER! And much much more.If you haven’t realized by reading this review I am a Fanatic with my teeth.With all that being said, the Hygienist’s Theresa super super sweet, gentle but thorough and detailed, the BEST cleanings EVER!! and everyone who goes to her will agree.Well all I can say is after 12 years he is still my Dentist today, tomorrow, and FOREVER!Dr. Rayan and his wonderful, sweet staff now has taken care of my niece and nephew for their braces and dental work, my sister, my aunt, my sister in law, and believe it or not my husband who never wants to go to the dentist is now he is a “regular.”Now I look forward to going to the Dentist.Dawn L.Clermont, Fl.“Yes it’s worth the trip every time”.

I paid in full for my Invisalign and have been calling the past 3 weeks and left numerous voicemails and no return call. I’m not even halfway through my treatment. The doors are locked and it’s dark inside. It took me years to do something like this for myself and now my hard earned money is gone with nothing to show. Shame on you and your practice.

I had absolutely terrible experience there. If I could put 0 stars, I would. First, I had clear aligners for seven months, then braces for one year and five months, however my teeth look worse than before. I came with a minor problem and ended up with the bigger one. The practice not only wasted two years of my life causing stress dealing with them, but also left me with messed up teeth. Dr Rayan shifted my midline and rotated my teeth. Upon the request to return my money at the end of two years, when originally he actually stated it would take around six months, I was ridiculed, blamed that I didn’t wear clear aligners all the time, when obviously I did, and denied a refund. Dr Rayan is very incompetent. He didn’t take photos of my teeth to do accurate comparison. He wouldn’t do precise measurements, he would only estimate by sight. He doesn’t know what he is doing. He had me remind him what we did previous time. Also he replaced my brackets multiple times on different teeth, but still could not get them straight. On the top of everything, he is extremely unprofessional. He was constantly late for the appointments (min 40 mins), and his assistances were unfamiliar with braces treatments.The only thing that kept me there was the fact that I paid money already and have invested so much time into the process. When I finally reached my braking point, I went to another practice and had all x-rays and correct measurements done. However, now I have to wear brand new braces for another a year and a half to fix all damages done to my teeth by Dr. Rayan.

In February, I found myself in an emergency dental situation with a completely broken off front tooth while working in Orlando, far from my NY home. When I Googled good reviews for Cosmetic Dentists near the hotel, I found Smiles Forever and called. They took me in right away, even though they should have been closing within the hour. Dr Karl Rayan and his staff treated me with care and concern from the very moment I arrived. Dr Rayan talked through the issue, and then took his time for detailed repair, to make sure my tooth looked perfect when i left the office. This saved me from what could have been a very embarrassing situation with my client while producing the AV & technology for a conference. If you are in need of an emergency fix or looking for a new dentist, I would recommend the Smiles Forever dental practice.

So first off this office and dentist was highly recommended, so I had high high hopes. My initial reaction with getting an appointment with Dr. Rayan was the most easy pleasant experience. As soon as I stepped into the office my though was wow how unprofessional. The front desk lady was extremely nice and friendly but the girl sitting next to her was crying talking about her baby daddy drama... I felt like I was in therapy session listening to her complain and cry and the front desk lady giving her advice. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice and gentle, but I told her I ate something hard and my back tooth had a chip and it needed to be smoothed out and that ever even happened. Then the dentist! I felt as though my concerns of what I wanted and my options weren’t heard or he didn’t care to listen. All he had in mind was giving me options that would cost a fortune and take time. My old Dentist who I will go back to... always said if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Also you have to listen to your clients. If I am sitting there saying I am a very nervous person and all you say is we will drug you and I say I will not take any drugs. I am very disappointed. I couldn’t wait for this appointment and yet I was so very happy when it ended. My motto is and will always be.... if you treat your clients good and you are honest the money will come. No need to try and make a fortune when your not even listening to your clients needs. Needless to say. I will not be returning to this office any time soon. Also I am not one to write reviews but it was so bad this was the first thing I decided to do when leaving.

It is hard for me to trust when it comes to my condition having a heart condition, it is crucial that I can trust the dentist that is doing the procedure due to my heart condition Carl has always been very much involved at the medication I need to protect my heart before doing any procedure karl is amazing and so is his staff a very caring individual who protects his patients

I went in apprehensive, as I always am about dentist, however this experience was great. The staff had answers to all my questions. I had 2 pain-free extractions, in & out. One of the best dental experiences Ive ever had & I had 2 horrible ones.

Do your research before booking an appointment with this place. My experience with them was a disaster before I even started any work (and I am glad I didnt get anything done there) . I booked my appointment a month in advance and I called them back to confirm my insurance info, everything was nickel so far. I took a day off of work (which is a big deal for the type of job that I do), I drove all the way from Daytona (because a colleague recommended them). I got there and provided everything needed and right before she started my cleaning, the manager came in to tell me that they dont take my type of insurance.... really? this is now that you are telling me that? arentt you supposed to check everything before I come in. They have ruined my whole plan with work, vacation, and family plans! It was really frustrating, but it shows how professional they really are!

I would give this dental clinic a lower rating, if it was available. This clinic trys to charge you for procedures not part of your Treatment Plan and that you do not owe. You get bills all the time even though youve paid them. They do not know how to do billing, and staff are completely incompetent when it comes to your plan.

Hello there...I had the best experience with this office and staff. Im terrified when it come to working on my front teeth...needless to say l was very comfortable and relaxed...not to mention Dr Rayan did an AWESOME JOB! MY SMILE IS FOREVER. I need more work but from another State. Im trying to get it in my budget to get back there. I had work done 5 years ago and its holding strong 💪. You ROCK DR RAYAN! Wow what can I say, what looked like the impossible, Dr. Karl Rayan was amazing so loving and so honest. Heidi was amazing the way she made his tooth to the extact size. Wow thank you Smiles Forever for giving my baby a smile a again.

Doctor was great, kind, attentive, and professional. However, receptionist in front was wearing mask covering only mouth. Pt whom I met entering the office, did not wear mask at all. I waited >30min in the car for my appointment, but other people were sitting in the waiting area when I was leaving.

I got the kleer plan with them and they closed without notifying me, I am paying for a plan that I will not be able to enjoy and I have not received a response. The previous team was efficient, but they had to notify the change and who would respond to our dental plan service.
